" ..... Who Was and is and is To Come .... "

Thank you Jesus, thank you Jesus, thank you Jesus is all I can say!! our first performance was Easter night 4-24-11. Practice after practice after practice we just kept getting better and better. and God kept getting the Glory!!

As the day rolled around it seemed as though the day flew by to that night. We all met up at 6:00 that night in the church and practiced just one more time and made some final changes. With the  prayer right before we went on I  could tell something was going to happen. I could feel it all over and I was ready for it. So we conclude with our practice with about maybe 15-20 min. to gather our selves together and wait for our big debut. Finally our time comes. We enter onto the platform and the music begins. All ready I could feel something. I tried to hold back as much as I could but the first verse and my mouth is already quivering up and down as if it was on vibrate. Talking in tongues, I just simply cant hold any more. I look over and I see Kaitlyn with her arms threw back behind her and I can hear her over the music then just drops to her knees. I just gave up then and there. I hunch over and just ball my eyes out. Kaitlyn comes over and grabs my hand and helps me pray. After we got finished praying ( including the whole church ) she has to help me walk off the platform and down the steps to exit without me falling over because of me being so lost in the Holy Ghost to the point of me almost passing out!! But in a very very good way.

As we conclude God moved through out that whole performance literally from when we started the music to when we stopped. Thank you God!!! If that happened on a slow song...... God help us when we sign a fast song. But ready or not here we come!! And God is right along with us so buckle up and get ready for the ride cause we are on our way!!!

"Holy, Holy, Holy...is the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY!"

When God gave me the direction to be a sign team leader, I never really could fathom how on Earth...or even why He would pick me to lead something so very important. There were times when my dream to have my own sign team looked as if it would never happen. There were times when I would get frustrated because the devil was fighting us so hard. He put up a good fight all the way till the time of us to preform, but we stood our ground, and God took care of us!

Sunday afternoon I began to grow very nervous like I usually do before I sign. I had ran through the song and my parts a few times to make sure I was comfortable. I also gave myself many little pep talks about how the team was ready to this. As it came closer to the time for all of us to meet up and go through the song one more time, my nervousness became even worse. I began to get a bad pain in my leg, which was something I had never had happen before. I knew it was the devil and that I would just have to press through it! We all meet up at 6pm and went to a room to practice the song and pray. While we were praying, the Holy Ghost moved and I could feel the presence of God descend down on us. We made our to the sanctuary and made our way up to the platform to wait until it was time to go on. As we waited you could feel a battle of spirits waring around us. The Holy ghost was laying over us so heavy it was like shield. I had asked the Lord to surround us and protects from what the devil was trying was to do and I believe He did! I though, was still feeling so nervous and the weight of it was becoming worse. I was afraid that I wasn't going to be able to move from my spot. As we were sitting on the platform, a wave of peace suddenly fell over me and I felt much lighter and free. What I did not know, was that multiple people had it laid on them to pray that my nervousness would be removed! God knows just what to do and when to do it!

When the time came to go on, I knew God was getting ready to do something AMAZING for I had already almost broke down numerous time during the service. I placed my team members in their spots and turned to them to indicate that we needed to bless the Lord before we began. As I turned around, I felt the anointing hit me as soon as my ears heard the music. I wasn't even sure I would even be able to sign the very first verse! I was able to half way complete it before the Holy Ghost moved on me! As the spirit began moving, I could feel my team come together as one body. I could see some of us speaking in tongues and crying. God guided my hands that night because I have never been able to be lost in the Holy Ghost and still able to sign! It was the most AWESOME experience! When the song came towards the end, I knew we wouldn't be able to make it towards the end... I felt myself fall to my knees in praise to God as the spirit pressed on us even more! As stood up, Kayla was hunched over crying and I went to her. She was lost in the Holy Ghost and had to be helped off the platform and down the stairs as we exited!

After service was when the reality of what God had done hit us. I was so utterly shocked at the blessings that those who were there received while we signed. The one prayer I prayed at every practice was that God would shine His light through us and that He would become our hands. That He would use us as His vessels. God did something that I never expected in that Easter service, but I truly believe that it's just a sample of the amazing things that's going to come! USE US LORD....We give ourselves to you!!!

~Side Note~ Kayla, Daniel, Elizabeth, and Matthew I want to personally say "thank you" for all of the hard work and effort you guys put into this! Without you guy's dedication and love for God, it wouldn't have been made possible. You all are wonderful gems that I thank God for giving me the chance to know. I am so happy to be able to do this with you guys! Keep up the work for God and He will bless all of you immensely!

Love each of you very much!!!

"The gates of Hell....WILL NOT prevail!"

As practice wound down Thursday night of the 14th, we joined together as a group like we do before and after every practice. As we joined together to give thanks to the Lord for the practice, the spirit of God came down and we had a wonderful prayer meeting, yet again. As the group prayer started dying down, I urged the group to personally pray themselves and entertain the sweet spirit that came into our practice. During this time, I was praying by myself when the Lord spoke to me and told me that the group needed to join together and pray for Kayla. As we did so, the spirit began moving and unexpectedly the lights went out and the room was suddenly pitch black. No one was near the light switches that were located near the doors, nor was it storming outside and nobody came in to turn them off. As we stood there in the darkness, the feeling in the room changed and we knew that this happing was not a good thing! I could feel fear rise up in Kayla and the Holy Ghost prompted me to take her hand. As I did, peace descended into the room and the Holy Ghost moved among all of us. As we we were all praying for Kayla still, the lights came back on and I was given a vision. I seen Demons all around us in a circle. Angry, upset and full of hate, they wanted to attack us BUT glory be to GOD there were Angels blocking their way! They were standing at full height, wings connected with one another creating a grand wall of protection. The Demons were clawing, screaming to get at us...but they COULDN'T! After the prayer for Kayla was over, more things were reveled to us and we took a big prayer that came from a member on the team and laid it on the Alter. In those couple of hours that we practiced and prayed, I had not felt such unity in a long time like I did then. We were not but a body of multiple souls, but we become one body with one soul, working together for Christ's Will.

After I came home that night, I was in such awe of it all. I began thanking God for what He has given me. When I asked Him for a sign team, I expected it to be wonderful and anointed but nothing like how it's gone so far! I've been completely knocked out of the water by these precious souls that God's given me. He personally handpicked some the sweetest young people that love Him very much. Words can not describe the gratitude I feel to Him and my team members. I love my team for multiple reasons, but mainly because in just the two weeks that we have been practicing, we have become not only good friends, but family as well. I see so many wonderful things coming our way. Blessings galore and new paths that will be reveled...and I get to be apart of it! Thank you Jesus for letting me do your work in such a unique and special way! You are WORTHY to be praised!

breakthrough... anywhere... anytime

oh thank you JESUS!!! last night after finishing practice...... we did the norm and prayed. Just as last time we broke through, only this time we broke through the church wiring and knocked the lights out in the room we were in!!! And no nobody touched the lights...we were no where near a switch ....... and that was the only room that went out in the church. As soon as they kicked off I opened my eyes and saw three green lights ahead of me just floating. Kat took my hand and she saw a vision as well. She said she saw demons all around us but in front of those demons were angles with all their wings connected protecting us just as we were with our hands. After about 30 seconds of the lights going out, they kicked back on. Normally we all slowly die down on praying but we all stopped at the same exact time. Putting prayers on the altar and leaving them there for God to take up. So thankful for this sign team......... We are going to be used!!!!!

* Devil we declare war on you and your dark kingdom........... all gates in Hell shall not prevail you will be broken and all chains you have on us will be broken..... you CAN NOT hang on us when we have the King,
 Lord, Jesus Christ on our side...... we bind you with all of your heartache and sorrow that you have put upon us.... we cast you away into the dark  for angles are around us and  CAN NOT be defeated !!!  We will be used for the glory of God and you CAN NOT stop us any longer!!!  " THE DEVIL IS DEFEATED!!! MAYC11 {Recap}

MAYC 2011 ended Friday night with the anointed preaching of Bro. Ron Tiller. He preached on having God be your desire above all else. He preached it in such a way that I wonder how any young person who was there could have walked away not wanting to make God number one above everything! During Alter call, all the young people went to the front and joined together in prayer. There were young people all over the grand sanctuary getting blessings, shouting and praying through. I couldn't help as I watched those on the sign team praying for those around them, praying for themselves and blessing God. I myself received another blessing in that last service! God did so many things during MAYC but it didn't end there- Last night Bro. Devon Mills stayed with us and preached about being tired from what the Devil brings against you but not giving in. We had an awesome shout service and everywhere people were praying though and getting blessed. I counted my blessings and STOMPED on the devil this weekend! I claimed back my blessings, claimed a few I have not even received yet, figured out my location, decided my destination is HEAVEN,decided that it's time to move on from somethings even though the Devil tries to weaken my heart to them and that it's time I get back into the mind set of not settling for less...but wanting the VERY BEST that God can give me! With all this wrapped up tight into my heart and soul...I believe wonderful, glorious, and powerful things will shower down on me. I AM FULL and RUNNING OVER!

MAYC 2011 " gonna let my light shine !!! "

April 7 & 8 our church held a conference called Mid-America and God took control of it from start to finish!!! The first night was awesome...... it was a cry out to God service and so we did. " We Declare War on the Devil !!! " The second night was amazing!!! When he started preaching something just pulled on everybody and you just couldnt help but listen. When alter call came on the final night.......... the holy ghost fell in a mighty way. I would like to give a BIG thank you to Kaitlyn Morgan for helping me pray. She came over with me while i was praying and when she joined with me.... I just broke. I got a wonderful blessing and no words can describe it. I feel so blessed that our church could host this Youth Conference. I also feel blessed that I get to go to a church were you can jump, shout, dance, cry, raise your hands, bang a drum, etc. and not have to worry about anybody criticizing you because they are all doing the same thing,..... " Pentecostal people are not ordinary people we are extra unordinary people!!" God moved in a mighty way at MAYC 2011 and I am so glad that I got to experience that and more yet to come!!!

MAYC- Blessings and Anointing

Last night was the first Service of MAYC. Although my team didn't get to sign THIS year, I believe we had and have blessings waiting for us to anoint us even more. Last night Bro. Tony Spell preached about "Your Location." Without knowing your location, you can never move forward and go where God needs you to go. At the end of the service, all of us gathered together towards the front and began Blessing the Lord. We prayed that God would show us where it is He wants us to go. In the process I received a wonderful blessing up front and had Bro. Spell pray for me. I felt God move inside me and all around as I was praying. I believe that this Youth conference is going to change each of us on the team, and also change me. I pray for more leadership skills, more anointing, more blessings, and of course more LIGHT for me to shine.

Use us, mold us, shine within us! Lord, YOU ARE WORTHY!

Wow- Awesome God!

Amazing prayer meeting after practice tonight! I felt like Heaven itself had stepped down to be a part of our team! Really glad Blake was there to be a part of our time with God. An anointing so strong covered the room, the likes of which I haven't felt since my call to preach nearly 10 years ago. Not that I haven't felt strong anointing since then, far from it; however, directed anointing of this magnitude I'm only slightly familiar with (unfortunately). I feel like God has mighty things in store for us!

Stand Still and Wait.

I began my signing ministry about 2 years ago. I started attending a church in Austin, Arkansas who had a very anointed sign team. After sometime of being there, I joined and fell in love with the ASL language and know right away that was what God had in store for me. A year later I was forced to pick up signing by myself due to some issues that had arose. The very first song I picked, or should I say that picked me, was "The Revelation song" by Kari Jobe. The very first time I heard that song, it just spoke to me and I knew I would sign that song one day. I begin teaching myself the song and within just a few days, I had all the signs to the song down despite my lack of ever knowing sign language before hand. I was preparing to sign it at the church I was attending then, but nothing could prep me for the anointing and presence that I felt as the song began playing. I felt as if I was indeed before God's holy throne signing to HIM! The experience of that night will never be forgotten! After the service that night, I started on my new song which was "Mercy Seat". Each new song would present it's self to me as if God was hand picking them for me. So it was no surprise to me that each song He would choose, would just fit the times of stress that those whom I was signing too was enduring at that time. Out of all the song to which I've learned, The Revelation song has been my staple and one that I always turn to. No matter the service, no matter what anyone's troubles or burdens are, The Revelation song always has a beautiful blessing in store for those who seek one. So it's no surprise when the Lord finally blessed me with a sign team that The Revelation song would be the song that Lord picked for us to sign. Always anointed and always powerful, I couldn't think of signing any other song then that one for the upcoming Easter Services.

As me and my Team members began our practices, we joined together for prayer and I felt the presences of the Holy ghost sweep around us. I can not tell you what exactly God has in store for us, but I do know that it's something that none of us can comprehend! I truly believe that God is going to move through each and every one of us as we sign this song and those to come. I am believing that not only will God bless us, but I believe that He will use US to bless others.

Thank you Jesus, for your wonderful blessings!
